Ivonne Carmona Missler and Ken were married in the Hardcastle Chapel, Riva Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care Center in March, 2019.  Ivonne is from Chihuahua, Mexico and came to the United States in 2006. While raising her three children, Ivonne has worked a number of jobs within the service industry.  She started at Riva Ridge in June 2017 just as the new Assisted Living was coming online. She used her experience to set up all of the kitchen protocols for the new building and then worked her way into the caregiving arena. Ivonne now serves as the Operations Manager where she is responsible for overseeing all of the caregivers, ensuring that both facilities maintain the highest standards for cleanliness and monitors all kitchen operations and food production. Ivonne has become the magnet to attract, train and retain the best caregivers in the Leander area.
